This is a fun family friendly event for the whole community in collaboration with our Parish.

Volunteers are needed to assist with:

• Set up - tables, chairs, tablecloths, decor
• Check-in Desk - Check guests in as they arrive
• Bingo/Raffle Desk - Hand out bingo cards to guests
• Clean up – Put tables & chairs away.

Check in Families that have pre-paid. Accept payment from families that have not checked in.

Man Bingo/Raffle Table - Hand out pre-paid bingo cards. Accept payment for bingo cards and raffle tickets.
