The Pride needs volunteers to lead the following events and committees. The # of Pride Hours earned, responsibilities and time commitment is noted in the description. Roll Pride!
Coordinate concessions with volunteers for Freshman home games.10 hrs
Coordinate concessions with volunteers for JV home games.10 hrs
Coordinate concessions (Home side) with volunteers for Varsity home games.10 hrs
Coordinate concessions (Home side) with volunteers for Varsity home games.10 hrs
Pick up pregame meals for the season. 10hrs
Set up venues prior to the start of the season. 3-4 Podcasts per season. 5hrs
Update website information weekly for the entire season. 10hrs
Varsity only home and away games for the entire season. 10hrs
Sent weekly via email & SportsYou for the entire season. 10hrs
Design the annual football program & coordinate the online/game day sales. 15hrs
Collect pictures & videos from over the season & create a video for each team and Senior tribute. 10hrs
Lead & meet w/volunteers to design the floats for each team. Coordinate decorating the floats. 5hrs
Help coordinate the Sapphires to pass out Rally Towels pregame. 2hrs
Coordinate candy donations & the football "trunk". 3hrs
Contact the area elementary schools. Help corral all the kids on to the field at the event. 2hrs
Reach out to Cedar Park & Leander Police, Fire & EMS with date/time of the event. Help direct them onto the field the night of the event. 2hrs
Purchase & pass out flowers to the moms. Help direct all the parents on & off the field (in order by player). 2hrs
Purchase & decorate the seniors' lockers on the evening before Senior Night. Budget set by board. 3hrs
Coordinate dinner for seniors and their parents at off-site venue. 5hrs
Coordinate the end of season awards for Subvarsity teams. 3hrs
Coordinate the end of season Varsity banquet. 3 hours
