MDBA Mini Watermark Retreat

The Mini Watermark Retreat, sponsored by the Marina District Business Association (MDBA), is a monthly one‑day immersive experience designed to reconnect community members with water, land, and cultural wellness. Operated by ASCENDtials, this retreat blends ecological stewardship, cultural reflection, and creative healing practices.

Participants engage in a grounding ritual, a stewardship activity (beach cleanup, gardening, or tree planting), and a creative reflection session. As a scaled‑down version of the full Watermark Retreat, this experience offers accessible transformation and community connection within a single day.
