Rose Bowl Riders announces it's 11th Annual Horses in the Arroyo Play Day, BBQ and Celebration!
Process entry forms, enter riders in class lists, receive payment
Manage riders coming in/out of arena, ensure the correct riders are in each class
Sell food/beverages in clubhouse snack stand. Wash and dry dishes if needed
On hand to re-set courses, time runs, take papers between official/reg/gate, etc.
Announce each class, results, etc. throughout the day

Pick up manure around property as needed and place in red manure bin
Prepare and tend to the grill during the BBQ

Empty trash cans, clear equipment from arena, put away supplies, pack unused ribbons, put away chairs/tables, etc, etc!
Clean restrooms, kitchen, vacuum/mop floors, etc.
Sweep front & back patios, clean outdoor sink area
Clean picnic tables with soap & water
Clean grandstands with soap & water
Purchase food to be sold at Clubhouse snack stand and stock fridge, set-up as need be
Organize a set of 1st-8th place ribbons on a hanger for each class (2 sets if it's a paired/team class). Organize any other prizes to be distributed
Set-up tables, chairs, registration and buffet.
