Fundraising Yard Sale-Sterling on the Lake

We are partnering with The Rains Team Realty to host our yard sale booth at the Spring Community Yard Sale in Sterling on the Lake for our first general fundraiser of the 2023 season. We need parents and students to help with organizing, pricing and selling the goods we get donated. We will also need assistance with light concessions, clean up and haul away of any unsold goods.
Please note if you are able to supply any tables, clothing racks or tents when you sign up as well.
All volunteers will have free hotdogs, chips and drinks provided for them.

Donation Organization and Pricing
Set up tables, sort, categorize and price the items we receive for sale.
8:30am - 3:00pm
Cashiers
Cash out customers via cash box and/or iPad for Credit Card Payments

Organizers/Sale Workers
Keep items organized, answer questions, assist customers and cashiers as needed, assist with cleanup and breakdown of tables.
