Decorate with provided decorations and prepare the tables for the seniors and guests. Prep cafeteria with needed paper goods, chafing dishes and sterno (If needed), set up meal once the caterer delivers, prepare drinks, serve seniors and guests and clean up.

Take pictures of seniors and their families.

Check in guest. Check the provided guest list and hand out wristbands as the guest arrive.
