You are invited to the Faith, Food, and Land Event which will be held at Metro Atlanta Urban Farm (MAUF), Thursday, 25 April 2024, from 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM. This event is co-sponsored by RAFI-USA (Rural Advancement Foundation International), Metro Atlanta Urban Farm, Georgia Interfaith Power and Light (GIPL), and Georgia Young Farmers Association. The purpose of the Faith, Food, and Land event is to bring farmers and faith leaders together to learn about advocacy, collaborations, and resources that are available to help ensure that all communities are included in the food sovereignty movement. Whether you are a farmer, a faith leader, landowner or all three, this event is for you. Participants will leave with information that will be invaluable to your local community. Please consider attendance as your schedule allows. Participation throughout the entire event is not necessary. Land grant information will be provided.
