DFCS Family Holiday Planning
Brief kickoff meeting with those sorors interested in joining the subcommittee for the DFCS Family Holiday Planning

This subcommittee is open to those sorors that would like to serve as project coordinators (looking for 2 sorors to team up) or join the sub committee for the DFCS Family Holiday Planning. TEO/TPF will have (3) families for Thanksgiving that we will provide food baskets to and (3) families for Christmas that we will shop for and provide gifts. This subcommittee is open to any soror to join.

The role of the project coordinator will be to work with the program leadership team and subcommittee to determine what we will provide for the families, coordinate the shopping, delivery, etc.

The role of the subcommittee will be to spread holiday joy and determine how we want to support and provide for the families based on needs, wish lists, do some shopping (online or in person) and make an IMPACT on their holiday.

We are currently waiting on our family assignments.
