GPB's Winter Membership Campaign

We have a volunteer opportunity which is time sensitive. Georgia Public Broadcasting (GPB) has sent us a request for volunteers on November 25th, 3:15 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Before I accept on TEO's behalf, I need confirmation that we will have 18 bodies. Please read the following for a clear understanding of this service project.
*The pledge drive will be broadcast live on GPB stations.
*You MUST commit to stay the entire time (5:15 p.m.-9:00p.m.), as this is a live event.
*We will receive training prior to the event
*We will man GPB's phone banks accepting pledges
*We will wear black with our pink TEO cardigans or another pink sweater, if you don't have the TEO cardigan.
*Although we will be seated, black slacks are preferred for our group photo.
*Parking is free at GPB
*A meal will be provided by GPB prior to us manning the phone banks.
*Additional information will be provided should we go forward with this service project
