Childhood Hunger Committee and Impact Church (Action Ministries Smart Lunch - Smart Kid Program)

The Childhood Hunger Committee has a summer opportunity available in which we’ll partner with Impact Church. We’ll help prepare lunches for delivery to kids in need via Action Ministries Smart Lunch-Smart Kid program. Volunteer slots will be open every Tuesday beginning June 5th – July 31st from 10AM – 1PM. Teens are invited to help out. If you have smaller kids, the kitchen is downstairs and they can read or use an iPad for entertainment until your shift is over.
For additional hours outside of packing, Sorors can carpool and follow the church van for deliveries.
This is a great opportunity for our educator and retired Sorors to serve our community and receive program hours.
