We are two months away from the 2018 HBCU Alumni Alliance Run/Walk on June 30th at Piedmont Park at 8am and TEO is participating! Let's all be involved in another great opportunity to support HBCU scholarship fundraising, increase your fitness, and socialize with your fellow HBCU alums and TEO sorors! The run/walk helps to raise much needed scholarship dollars for students in Metro-Atlanta. Over the past ten years, participants and sponsors have helped raised over $1.4 million! 100% volunteer fundraiser and 100% of the proceeds go towards Metro-Atlanta students attending or headed to an HBCU.

Please sign-up to volunteer to assist with the TEO tent. Volunteers will be expected to set up and break down, provide refreshments to the sorors that are participating in the event, take pictures, and cheer our TEO sorors on as they start and cross the finish line!

Set up and break down
Set up and break down tent area, decorate tent/area and pack away supplies, clean up area etc.

Refreshment management
Coordinate refreshment display and pass out to sorors and pack away/distribute any unused refreshments at the end of the event.
