Tracey Wyatt Recreation Center Annual Toy Giveaway

Sorors! It's that time of year again to come together and assist with making the annual Toy Giveaway at Tracey Wyatt Recreation Center a success. There are several positions available and we will need to have all hands on deck. We will serve as dinner hostesses, work the food line, help with the pictures with Santa area, and serve in the holding room (we will pull Sorors as needed for toy distribution). Note: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your shift starts. The program begins at 6 p.m. but the holding room and pictures with Santa begin at 5 p.m. so please make note of which shift you choose. Also, holding room/Santa volunteers will transition to main gym once the program begins. IMPORTANT: Do not sign up for multiple shifts: sign up for ONE shift and you can serve in multiple areas. Attire: all black with pink or green accessories, and comfortable shoes because you will be on your feet. I look forward to seeing you on 12/21!!

Pictures with Santa
Children will line up to take pictures with Santa, and Sorors will help to make the process smooth and orderly.

Holding Room
The small gym will serve as a holding room for families that arrive to the event prior to the start time. Before the program begins, Sorors will guide families to the large gym where the event is being held.

6:00pm - 8:30pm
Hostess/Food Line
Sorors will guide families through the food line to ensure a seamless process. Also, Sorors will help to serve the food along with Big Daddy's Catering Team.
