First Ever HBCU STEM Summit

The National Black Information Technology Leadership Organization (NBITLO) is having a First Ever HBCU STEM Summit at Morehouse College scheduled for Friday, October 27th (6:00pm – 8:30pm) and Saturday, October 28th, 2017 (8:00am – 3:00pm). The purpose of this event is to create sustainability for HBCU's for students interested in STEM. Our assistance would be beneficial to this process to ensure that this event occurs seamlessly and is a great success.
Sorors are asked to participate as volunteers and manage the event and serve as hostesses. Tau Epsilon Omega Chapter will be listed as a partner.
Areas of responsibility:
1. Three registration tables (students, participants in filming, VIPs and speakers.
2. President's Lounge
3. Other speakers lounge area
4. Westlake students (they must register)
5. Vendors
Notes: Westlake students will receive complimentary admission and special seating.
