LocalMotion Arts Festival happening on Saturday, September 16th. This is a new event put on by the Atlanta Tri-Cities Arts Association, the College Park; East Point; and Hapeville Main Street organizations, and the City of Hapeville. The goal of the Association is to increase awareness, opportunity, and participation in the arts for all ages in the Tri-Cities community. Volunteers are needed to assist in a variety of areas. TEO has partnered with EPMSA (East Point Main Street Association) for many years to bring quality programs to the residents in our service area.
