Back to School Jam at Greenbriar Mall

The Greenbriar Mall's Annual "Back to School Bash" is seeking up to 20 volunteers for their annual event on Saturday, July 22, 2017 from 10am-3pm at the South Parking. During this annual “Back to School Bash” they give back to the community in a big way! In addition to the TEO monetary donation for backpacks, this year they need the support of TEO Sorors to assist with varied tasks such as: registration tables, the vendor fair, barber shop lines, stage entertainment, inflatables, face painting, game trucks, book bag distribution, a fire truck helper, stage assistants, VIP tent and staff room support. Unless denoted on the shift sign-up, TEO duties will be determined by the Greenbriar team the day of the event, so plan to remain flexible and assist where needed.
In order to allow for up to 20 sorors to volunteer, please sign up to assist during only one of the shifts (even if you plan to remain for the entire event). The event organizers are providing t-shirts for the volunteers, so once the signup sheet is full, a link will be sent to registered sorors to add their contact number and t-shirt size. Please remember that it will be hot outside in July, so plan to bring sun screen, a hat, sunglasses, etc.
