Heart Health Week: Movement with Jas – A Heart - Healthy Flow

We will kick off Heart Health Week with intentional movement and mindful connection led by Jas Jakes, founder of MVMT with Jas. As a certified movement coach and RYT-200 yoga instructor, Jas creates empowering wellness experiences that encourage us to slow down, breathe deeply, and truly listen to our bodies.

Yoga is a powerful tool for heart health. Through steady, rhythmic movement, deep breathing, and relaxation, this heart-healthy flow helps reduce stress, support healthy blood pressure, and promote overall balance and vitality.

This experience reminded us that caring for our hearts is more than physical—it’s mental, emotional, and spiritual too.
Grateful for the space to move with intention, restore our energy, and pour back into ourselves.
