Let’s get festive! Councilwoman Tracie Arnold, Ward 3, has requested volunteers to help bring some color and fun to the College Park Police Department’s Community Trunk or Treat by assisting with a balloon setup on Thursday, October 23, 2025.
Volunteers will assist in inflating, assembling, and arranging balloons to create a bright and welcoming atmosphere for families to enjoy at this community event. This setup will take place the day before the Trunk or Treat event, so everything is picture-perfect for the big day!
