Fun Row events are an opportunity to invite Baltimore to get to know us better! We give guests an intro to our sport & our community, with a brief tour of the Boathouse, an erg demo, & a quick lesson on how to row sweep. We then take our guests out in 8+s with experienced rowers & a cox. And then if everyone still has energy, we will go to JR's for a late happy hour. We need your help to pull this off & show our LOVE of the sport & BRC!
5:30pm - 8:00pm
Rowers, EITHER OAR
Experienced rowers are needed to help set the boat &, well, row! (Bless you for being bi-sweptual!)

Registration, Tours & Concessions
Register rowers, assure waivers are signed, give tours (we'll provide a script), sell t-shirts, track the money, count inventory at the end of the event
6:00pm - 8:00pm
Coxswain
Cox an 8 with half new people/guests, half experienced rowers. We will provide tips & guidance.

Dock Master
Guide boats launching from the dock & returning to dock. Also helps the Event Lead to make sure the event runs smoothly for guests & volunteers.

Erg Instructor
Provide Erg Instruction, manage Erg Relay (in case of inclement weather)
6:00pm - 8:30pm
Launch Driver/Coach
Drive the launch from the marina at Nick's to BRC, provide coaching & safety support, return the launches to Nick's at the end of the event. Must have launch experience.
