Back-to-School Fire Relief Fair

LAFC is hosting a Back-to-School Fire Relief Fair to support 300 LAUSD students impacted by the recent Los Angeles wildfires. Following the July 29th home match, students will be welcomed to the tented roof deck for a special back-to-school giveaway, offering essential supplies and resources to ensure they are equipped and excited about the upcoming school year.
Pre-Event Volunteers will help support in setting up the stadium's tented roof deck to ensure it is ready for the event. Responsibilities include setting up tables for each station (backpacks, school supplies, tablets, toys, etc.), placing and verifying station signage, supporting with check-in placement, and assisting with bus greeting logistics. Volunteers will also support station layout planning, help organize materials, and ensure the space is clean and accessible ahead of student arrival.
Event Volunteers will be stationed throughout the event space to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for the students. Roles include greeting and escorting students from buses, helping with check-in (wristbands, vouchers, and waivers), supporting partners at their activation tables, and assisting at supply giveaway stations by ensuring students receive the correct items.
