New York State Dental Foundation

Tzu Chi Foundation is going to host a Community Health Day at the Brooklyn Borough Hall on November 6th, 2016 from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM, where doctors from Tzu Chi International Medical Association (TIMA) together with other supporting volunteers will be delivering free health screenings, medical consultations, free flu shots, dental services and preventive healthcare lecture to the public.

This event aims to benefit underprivileged households with no health insurance in the community of Brooklyn.

We are currently in need of 6 dentists to provide oral exams, cleaning, dental hygiene education, and oral cancer screenings.

You are cordially invited to participate in this meaningful event and share your expertise and great love to the needed community. The event will be taking place at:

Brooklyn, NY 11201

Volunteer dentists will need to provide their DOB, dental license number with expiration date, and DEA & NPI numbers for event insurance coverage. We will be providing the liability insurance coverage for this event. The doctors must also have no criminal record and be in good standing to practice dentistry. Dental specialists and hygienists are welcome to volunteer as well.
