Vero Beach Film Festival

PLEASE SIGN-UP NO LATER THAN FRIDAY (March 1) AT NOON – we have to get a list of VBWFF volunteers to the entrance gate. There will be no accepted additions at the gate.

Arrive between 1:00pm and 1:30pm Match begins @2pm. READ BELOW ON WHAT TO BRING.

PLEASE wear festival tees, white bottoms or hats. Be as fun and creative as you like so the crowd knows we are there. Sunblock and hats and comfy clothing best

Your names will be on a list at the Front Gate.

When you arrive at the Front Gate, the staff will direct you to our designated area. We will have 3 adjacent spots on East side of field to accommodate our group. Think tailgating like at a football game, only you have horses thundering by you as the cars pull right up to the field. Bring an appetizer, cheese and fruit, snacks or desserts to share. Best things to bring shouldn't need refrigeration. You should also bring enough water as it can get warm. Adult beverages are okay as well.

A little more info:
The games officially start at 2pm. Usually, kids are on the field prior to that for an exhibition game. The games will last until 3:30 pm, with awards ceremony afterwards. At halftime we do a champagne divot stomp, and everyone comes together from both sides to the middle of the field to help stomp divots and drink champagne.
