Our much anticipated Super Secret White Party - Friday, Nov 4th. THIS ONE WILL BE THE ONE TO REMEMBER!

It is important for guests to know that Vero Beach Film Festival is full-steam ahead and this event is our first big fundraiser for the June 2023 Festival (June 8 - 11, 2023).

This fabulous event is "by invitation only" and we all can make it an event to remember. Inspired by the famous Diner en Blanc, the evening consists of guests all dressed in white, bringing a picnic dinner. WE provide the historic venue. WE provide the historic entertainment!

YOU ARE NOT GONNA WANNA MISS THIS!!!
(Just like no other non profit had ever used the County Commissioners' Chambers, NO other nonprofit has ever had a party here!)

We have an amazing mixture of talent coming - more details coming on that! Lets just say: lively costumed singers and tons of merrymaking music!!

ROUGH OUTLINE FOR VOLUNTEERS
(Like you always do, it is important that volunteers stay flexible and willing to fill in where needed!)

12pm – SHOW MAKER VOLUNTEERS ARRIVE: to help with party set up (4 - led by Charlotte) & logistics (3 - led by Phil).
5pm - pre game meeting
5:30pm - Everyone "in place"
6pm - Gates open. Earliest arrival for guests. Check In will have clipboards with guests’ names with table number assignments and greeters/escorts help guests to their tables. THEN help the guests find the "wagon parking" area.

Greeters will escort guests to their tables and encourage guests to:
- decorate tables - judges will be by later for Best Dressed Table
- have their photos taken by the “paparazzi” in front of the step and repeat
- take other photos - lots of "Instagrammable" aka photogenic spots!!!
- check out raffle (led by Jill Hargrave - this is very important components to our fundraising success)
(bubbly will be in ice buckets at dining tables - volunteers will not be pouring)

6:30pm - PLAY BALL! Party begins!

9:30pm (approx - stay flexible) - Clean Up of Space. ALL HANDS ON DECK. We always leave a place better than we found it!
