VBWFF Pop Up PARTY at Vero Beach Outlets

Vero Beach Outlets have invited VBWFF to "Pop Up" at the Chow Down Food Truck Event on Saturday, February 8th.
We will be greeting guests, passing out rack cards for our NEW VBWFF WEST FEST, February 28-March 1, selling passes, answering questions and of course, HAVING FUN!
We will start setting up at 11am. Event begins when food trucks are set to go and ends at 4.

Wear comfy shoes, festival t shirt and white or black pants. This event is outdoors, in lots of sun - please be prepared for that - sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, water, etc.

11:00am - 2:00pm
Set up tent, banners and tables. Organize fest materials needed for the event. Meet, greet promote our festivals, and sell passes!
1:30pm - 4:30pm
Meet, greet, and promote VBWFF WEST FEST and FEST 2020, answer questions and sell passes. Break down tent.
