Vero Beach Film Festival

It's that time of year!

Our much anticipated Super Secret White Party - the largest outdoor dinner and a movie event in Vero Beach takes place Saturday, November 23rd at 5:00 pm.

The theme this year is "Dancin in the Streets." We have some AMAZING musical talent coming! Most of which have not yet performed in Vero Beach!

It is important for folks to know that we (VBWFF) are now our own nonprofit and this event (the Super Secret White Party) is the fundraiser for the June Festival - especially to defray the costs of all of the FREE COMMUNITY screenings, the student scholarships, the student shadow/intern experience and our year-round events.

This fabulous event is "by invitation only" and we all can make it an event to remember. Inspired by the famous Diner en Blanc, the evening consists of guests all dressed in white, bringing a picnic dinner (possibly available for purchase - we'll keep you posted on that component) to enjoy at the event.

Prior to event: 12pm-4pm
- Tables & chairs are being delivered and set up by EventMakers around noon
- Business Partners arrive at 2:30pm to set up their tables in advance
Set up dinner table decor/tablecloths
TRANSFORM & Decorate the party site, light candles, set the PARTY ambiance...you get the idea!
Set up sign in tables and bars
Set up movie screening lounge
NEW THIS YEAR! Set up the Make & Take table (for the guests)

During event: 4:30pm - 10pm
Greet and welcome guests (help then locate parking), make them feel welcome!
Check in guests
Escort guests to seats for dinner (VIP tables & Tables of 10 are pre assigned)
Pour wine and check on the bars
TALK UP THE FESTIVAL TO EVERYONE YOU ENCOUNTER
Make event an outrageous success!

Many duties will be assigned the day of - please be flexible. Please bring your OUTRAGEOUS white attire to change into after setup if needed. Only porta potties available on site.

You may be switching roles during the event. And you're welcome to stay and enjoy the program and dancing! SO MUCH UNIQUE MUSIC HAPPENING!

*We need as many volunteers as possible for clean-up after the event! THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT as we always leave venues cleaner than we found them. And, since we are committed to "greening the fest" we need to ensure recycling happens!*

Remember that volunteers during the event will need to wear all white attire. No exceptions. No color at all, just white. (Not even the festival t-shirt!) THINK OUTTA THE BOX!

Location: MUST be kept secret. But, we know you need to know...so, drum roll please...it's a street party like Vero has never seen before in front of the iconic Florida Theatre (what a perfect backdrop!) on 14th Ave.
