Saturday, March 09 2019

NOTES FOR NEXT YEAR:
1 day only
Please list dates, times, address on separate lines. Please include mapquest link with address
This is a very 'chill" event. Strollers throughout the day. Very nice. Speaking opportunity is not great. Crowd only stays to see live wildlife. Boat tour available for $20 Great weather last year with breeze off the river - it can be a very windy event which will affect crowds. Be prepared with paperweights. Bring rope to hang banner. People liked the giveaway.

We are invited to start setting up at 11am.

Join VBWFF at our first time at Pelican Island Wildlife Festival at Riverview park in Sebastian, FL! The Pelican Island Wildlife Festival celebrates the anniversary of the nation’s first National Wildlife Refuge, on March 14, 1903 by President Teddy Roosevelt! Hosted by the Pelican Island Preservation Society and the City of Sebastian.
Our very own Jerusha Stewart will be speaking at 11 am. Help us promote the Fest and our new partnership with the Wild and Scenic Film Festival. Highlight our focus on sustainability including composting and local food at the Fest.
Event begins at 10am and goes until 4 pm.
