It's that time of year! Our much anticipated Super Secret White Party - the largest outdoor dinner and a movie event in Vero Beach takes place Saturday, November 10th at 5:00 pm.

CINEMA DE LA MER is here!

This fabulous event is "by invitation only" and we all can make it an event to remember. Inspired by the famous Diner en Blanc, the day consists of guests all dressed in white, bringing a picnic dinner (or available for purchase) to enjoy at the event.

What's back: the entertaining Roving Rafflers showcasing incredible raffle items such as a walk-on SPEAKING role in an upcoming film and special wines from Harvey Kornicks, etc. We are again partnered with Celebrity Cruises and Frosch Travel. VBWFF Passes will be on sale at a discount for party-goers.

What's new this year: sparkling wine for guests, plus TWO FULL BARS with beer and liquor, pre-purchased boxed dinners from Chef Ashley Allison, a DJ to dance the night away, and of course, an independent film screening. And MANY MORE FUN SURPRISES AWAIT!

*Duties include, but not limited to:

Prior to event: (11am-4pm)
Set up dinner table decor/tablecloths
Decorate event site, light candles
Set up sign in tables

During event: (5pm - 11pm)
*Arrive before 3:30pm - event set up and ready to go at 4pm!
Greet and welcome guests
Check in guests
Escort guests to seats for dinner
Pour wine and check on the bars
Share information about and sell VBWFF Passes
Engage guests to purchase raffle tickets
Assist Chef Ashley with distributing boxed dinners
Make event an outrageous success!

Duties will be assigned the day of. Please bring your white attire to change into after setup if needed. Bathrooms are available on site.

You may be switching roles during the event, for example: the Set-Up crew works at the Check-In table during the event. You'll have time to eat, so please bring (or buy!) a picnic dinner. And you're welcome to stay and enjoy the program and dancing!

*We need as many volunteers as possible for clean-up after the event! THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!*

Remember that volunteers during the event will need to wear all white attire. No exceptions. No color at all, just white. (Not even the festival t-shirt!)

Location: MUST be kept secret to non-volunteers!

In honor of the Vero Beach Centennial's theme of "Flight", the event is at Vero Beach Airport!
On the Airstrip at Sun Jet Aviation- 3350 Cherokee Dr, Vero Beach, FL 32960 (park across the street on the grass).

Remember to dress in white and for the weather!
