Vero Beach Film Festival

PLEASE SIGN-UP NO LATER THAN FRIDAY (3/16) AT NOON – we have to get a list of VBWFF volunteers to the entrance gate. There will be no accepted additions at the gate.

Arrive at 12:15 pm.

PLEASE CARPOOL - ideally 4 to a car.

Your names will be on a list at the Front Gate.

When you arrive at the Front Gate, the staff will direct you to our designated area. On either side of field we will have a tailgate spot to accommodate OUR AWESOME VBWFF marketing trucks and lawn area for viewing polo, networking, etc. Think tailgating like at a football game, only you have horses thundering by you as the cars pull right up to the field. Bring a pic-nic! Adult beverages are ok too – or, Florida Juice company sells amazing natural juice drinks as well. There is full service bar on site, and Chelseas on Cardinal delivers so if anyone wants to pre-order, Chelseas will bring on Sunday; need to order Saturday afternoon by 3pm.

Please wear black or white pants and your festival shirts, but GET CREATIVE. We WANT to be NOTICED! You will see some great hats…people come out in shorts, polo's, sun dresses, sun glasses, etc, its pretty casual - especially for the last game (on 4/29/18).

A little more info:
The games officially start at 1:30pm. Usually, kids are on the field prior to that for an exhibition game. The games will last until 3:00 pm, with awards ceremony afterwards. At halftime we do a champagne divot stomp, and everyone comes together from both sides to the middle of the field to help stomp divots and drink champagne.
