Vero Beach Film Festival

We cherish ALL of our volunteers, but this meeting is really just for LAST YEAR'S Venue Capts & Hospitality Ambassadors.

We need to get the volunteer gang goin' again! And, we will. (Look NOW on Track It Forward for several volunteer meeting dates, on various Tuesdays & Thursdays to be held at the Heritage Center).

Firstly though, some of the festival organizers would like to get some feedback from you.

At the same time, we want your veteran volunteer help with 2 upcoming free, outdoor movie events.

So, we'd like to have a first meeting just with those of you who are receiving this mesg. At this meeting on 2/1, we will:

• Discuss how the venues in general went last year
• Discuss what volunteer roles are critical
• Plan Starry Night on the Green
• Let you know the different format for our upcoming volunteer meetings & get your feedback

Please note - This year, most VBWFF volunteer meetings will be at the Heritage Center - AND, EVEN FOR THIS INITIAL MEETING, WE WILL MEET AT THE HERITAGE CENTER (confirmed as of 4:45pm on 1/29).
