This is not just any ol'meeting. This is THE MEETING YOU HAVE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR! The plan is to have all festival dates, venues, and schedules up by the night of this meeting. They will not go live prior to this meeting. So, your first chance to get signed up for your favorite spots will be TONIGHT!

Feel free to invite newbies or re-invite those we've been missing! The more the merrier!

We will supply plenty of wine. We are asking that everyone:

  • bring a potluck dish w/serving utensils to share (serve at least 8)
  • bring your personal calendar, esp for June
  • bring your own laptops, mobile devices that you will use to sign up on TIF once the venues go live

    • At this meeting, we will:

    • disseminate festival news & happenings
    • discuss upcoming promotional events
    • GET ON TIF & RSVP-ing for festival venues & times
    • answer questions

    Because we have a lot to do, no movie at this meeting.

    Unless otherwise noted, all VBWFF volunteer meetings will be at the
    Heritage Center
