It's Back!!! Our much anticipated Super Secret White Party - the largest outdoor dinner and a movie event in Vero Beach takes place Saturday, November 18th at 5:30 pm.

CINEMA DE LA MER is here!

This fabulous event is an "by invitation only" white party and we all can make it an event to remember. Inspired by the famous Diner en Blanc, the day consists of guests, all dressed in white, bringing their picnic dinner to enjoy at the park.

What's new this year: special sparkling wine for each guest donated by Chelsea, $5 Patisserie Gift Card for each guest, pre-purchased dinner from Chelsea's, entertaining Roving Rafflers showcasing incredible raffle items such as a walk-on role in Xaque Gruber's new movie "Pistol", cash bar for spirits and liquors and of course, an independent film screening. VBWFF Passes will be on sale that evening at a discount for party-goers. We are again partnered with Celebrity Cruises and Frosch Travel.

More of what's new: The tables and chairs will be set up for us by a professional events company - so no hard labor!

Duties include, but not limited to...

Prior to event:
Set up dinner table decor
Decorate event site
Set up sign in tables
Set up Movie screen

During event:

Greet and welcome guests
Sign in guests
Escort guests to seats for dinner and then to movie
Pour wine
Share information and sell VBWFF Passes
Be a Roving Raffle Entertainer - engaging our guests in purchasing raffle tickets and voting for their favorites
Moving chairs from beach to film screening location in parking lot
Make event an outrageous success!

Duties will be assigned the day of. Please bring your white attire to change into after setup. Bathrooms are available on site.

You may be switching roles during the event, for example the Decor Team works at the Check In table during the event. You'll have time to eat, so please bring a picnic dinner. And you're welcome to stay and enjoy the movie!

Gentlemen, you and your muscles will be very appreciated and welcomed for planting Tiki torches and lighting fires. ;)

Remember that those that sign up to volunteer during the event will need to wear all white attire. No exceptions. No color at all, just white. Not even the festival tee.
