With set up & clean up, we will be there from 8:30am to 8:30pm (we MUST be set up by 9:30am; actual event is 10am - 8pm)

Be a cheerleader for the VBWFF! You'll encourage guests to visit our website to view our event schedule and purchase passes.

Please look for VBWFF banner stand at booth #37, *NEAR* The Heritage Center on 14th Ave in Downtown Vero Beach. The booth number markings are on the edge of the sidewalk. Booths must be completely ready for the show by 9:30 am. Vendors are asked to stay with their booth for the entirety of the show. Battery operated lights/lanterns are preferable and encouraged. Breakdown is 4:00pm on Sunday. Main Street Vero Beach will have overnight security on Saturday.

PARKING is available across from Jetson’s Appliance on 12th Court & Cross Road at 20th Street/19th Place. Also behind The Community Center & Heritage Center and there is a parking garage on 16th Avenue and 20th Street.

You are assigned to enter the Event for set up via South Side of 14th Avenue, enter from 20th Street.

If you have one, please wear your VBWFF 2017 volunteer shirt, black or white trousers and comfortable shoes. (We hope to have extra 2017 tshirts with us)
