Vero Beach Film Festival

Calling all outgoing volunteers! Time for some more lucrative VBWFF Promotion!

VB Theatre Guild has invited VB Wine +Film Fest to set up our two banner stands and hand out rack cards both before the show and during intermission (work your way amongst the arriving crowd to mingle ;-) ). And, if we have enough, we will put our rack cards in the theater programs, too (about an hour before the show starts).

The current show is The Pajama Game.

VB Theatre Guild is a festival partner this year; and, with comfy theater-seating, VBTG will be our principal mainland film screening location. So, what a great place to keep promoting the festival!

As a FUN PERK?!?!? As long as the show doesn't sell out that particular performance when you are volunteering, the VBWFF volunteers will be allowed to go in to the back of the theatre and see the show for free! (Official volunteering ends at the end of intermission, but if you choose to stay for the whole show, obviously you are going to be at the theatre longer).

Volunteers will need to arrive one hour before show time to stuff programs and greet the patrons. Please note: be careful not to overshadow VB Theatre Guild's 50/50 ticket sales table.

Basically, You will need to:
stuff programs
set up the banners
greet incoming theatre goers
greet threatre goers during intermission
take down the banners at end of intermission
