The wait is over!!! The wonderful event taking place on Saturday, Oct. 1st is... drum roll please...

CINEMA DE LA MER!

This fabulous event is an "by invitation only" white party and we all can make it an event to remember. Inspired by the famous Diner en Blanc, the day consists of guests, all dressed in white, bringing their picnic dinner to enjoy at the park. Our version will include a special champagne service and of course, a movie. We are partnered with Celebrity Cruises and Frosch Travel.

As previously noted, volunteers will be doing various activities from prior to event start, during and until event end. Shifts noted below.

Duties include, but not limited to...

Prior to event:
Picking up various things to be setup at location (i.e. tables, decor, etc)
Setting up tables & chairs
Set up gift bags
Set up sign in tables

During event:
Greet and welcome guests
Sign in guests
Escort guests to seats
Make popcorn
Make event a success

Duties will be assigned the day of. If you are available for the whole day and are able to join us for both setup and the event, please bring your white attire to change into after setup.

Gentlemen, you and your muscles will be very appreciated and welcomed. ;)

Remember that those that sign up to volunteer during the event will need to wear all white attire. No exceptions. No color at all, just white. Not even the festival tee.
