Hi ALL!!!

Our first volunteer event of the 2017 season is here!!! Looking forward to seeing you there!

Location: Riverside Park (3001 Riverside Park Drive)

Festival Time: 10am - 4pm

About:
Celebrate the Arts Festival is set in Riverside Park on Saturday, September 24th from 10 am to 4 pm. This 1-day community event presents an opportunity for all members of the Cultural Council to showcase their individual and organization's talents, programs and plans for the upcoming Cultural Season. This year they will have a tent for authors and artists to promote their work by having a book signing table and an artists' demonstration area. The Cultural Council of IR is hoping to fill the day with 20 minute presentations/demonstrations.

Our Duties:
Explain what Vero Beach Wine & Film Festival is all about! Be a cheerleader for the Festival and pass out information and point out our website so guests can go online to view our schedule and purchase passes. Host a free raffle for “blind” wine bottles and possibly sell raffle tickets for passes to the festival.

NOTE
1st Shift – Setup tent/booth and materials. Man the booth at start of event.
Last Shift – Man the booth until end of event. Help with breakdown tent/booth and clean up.

Please wear your festival 2016 volunteer shirt, black or white trousers, comfortable shoes and a smile.
