The much-anticipated White Party is Saturday, January 25, 2025
The White Party event is "invitation only" and it's our job to make it an event to remember. The evening consists of guests dressed in white, bringing a picnic dinner. We supply the venue, entertainment, tables and bubbly.
A table is planned for our volunteers that are working a shift at the event to enjoy as well. Volunteers also wear All White. Those that are volunteering earlier in the day will have time to go home to change.
LOCATION: We'll let you know where the party is about a week before the big event.
The festival has a wonderful mix of local talent planned for the evening.
ROUGH OUTLINE FOR VOLUNTEERS
Stay flexible like always and fill in shifts where needed
10am-1pm/1pm-4pm approx. Venue Set up
4:30pm Volunteer table coordinators, water & ice team, Check-in team, all prepare areas and are "in place"
4:30pm Greeter & Table Escorts in place.
5pm Guests begin to arrive to set up their tables. Encourage this and photo opportunities with our photo back drop and entertainers. Check out Silent Auction or purchase raffle tickets.
6pm Doors Open, Bubbly on table (volunteers do not pour)
6:30 White Party begins!
9:30-11:00pm estimate... Party Breakdown, be flexible, clean-up will not be long if we all stay to assist. Let's leave the party venue better than it was when we arrived.
Pick up rental truck & deliver storage items to site. Same person pm to go back to storage @ end.

responsible for vol table food(including lunch & dinner), plates cups.
remain at venue while rest of volunteers take break

Set up table & work the table
Final set up check, Assist guests unloading & escort if necessary to table or checkin.
Final set up check, Assist guests at unloading and escort to assigned tables 1 person assigned to door directing to park in rear.
Pick up ice and water(for entire event) & deliver to site, set up water & Champagne on ice. during party check for empty bottles and pick up table debris as needed. 7-9pmish

You must be comfortable approaching tables & people to sell 50/50 Raffle Tickets
Party Breakdown (pick up trash, pack glasses & gather tablecloths)
Film Fest items to truck, garbage contained & misc clean up. tables, chairs & glasses will be picked up by co.
Film Fest items returned to storage and Truck Drop off. same person as am.
