St. Stephen School

We are looking for 4 Volunteers to assist with Grandparents Day for 4th-8th grade. This will be held rain or shine - please dress appropriately for the weather!

Volunteers will begin in the parking lot with helping direct cars and traffic.

Volunteers will transition to Floor and Stair Monitors and assist Grandparents within the school where they need to go for their child(ren).

At the end of the day, Volunteers will transition outside to monitor and assist with vehicle movement/dismissal of attendees.

Per AOB protocols, Volunteers will not be allowed to assist the Administration with check in procedures as SSS Staff will be required to check photo ID of all registered attendees to Grandparents Day.
