Exhibitor set-up
Assist exhibitors to find their assigned spot and move materials in to the convention center
6:30am - 10:30am
Volunteer Desk - Shift 1
Responsible for checking volunteers in & out & making sure the volunteer understands their job for the day.
7:00am - 9:00am
Greeter/Hospitality
Guide attendees to main meeting room, breakout rooms, exhibit/vendor area, and breaks/lunch Responsible for directing attendees to information desk, restrooms & lunch.
7:00am - 9:30am
Attendee Registration
Check-in attendees at the main registration desk &, provide conference information if requested.
7:00am - 11:00am
Information/Registration
Answer attendee questions assist WLC staff as needed.
9:00am - 11:00am
