Registration - distribute badges, assist in booth and table location, product load in, any set up if needed
Display of donated prizes, announcements (will have mike at your reg table), drawings, questions about passports, etc.

Assist check-in of volunteers

Make sure food/beverages/snacks are full

Make sure attendees know where session rooms are located
