ADVANCED REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED!
Combine the beauty of Black Run preserve, with Gentle Yoga (Standing Postures Only – suitable for people with no experience), and a 1.25 mile hike. Limited to 15 people.

WHEN: Saturday, July 14, 2018 (RAIN DATE: Saturday, July 21, 2018)
WHERE TO MEET: Kettle Run East – This is the main trailhead for Black Run Preserve and is the meeting place for most events that happen in the preserve. This trailhead has a portable restroom. View this location on Google Maps: https://goo.gl/maps/V9D3pjnEutS2.
WHAT TO WEAR: Wear hiking shoes or sneakers- no yoga clothing or mats needed
WHAT TO BRING: bring a water bottle. Sunscreen and bug spray recommended.
HOW LONG IS THE HIKE: 1.25 miles
COST: $10 donation is suggested.

STEP 2: MAKE $10 DONATION - Go to: https://blackrun.org/event/yoga-on-the-trails/ and click the "$10 DONATION FOR YOGA" button to make the donation via PayPal.
STEP 3: SIGN WAIVER FORM: https://www.smartwaiver.com/v/BRPwaiver/ (If you've already signed one for FBRP in 2018, then you do not need to sign it again. It is good for a year.)
