Our Quarterly Parent Advisory Committee & Child Coaching Meeting is coming up Tuesday, January 30th 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. Please let us know if you can come. We have lots of opportunities for you to come be part of this great night of community!

This meeting will be for the whole family & volunteers, and children of volunteers, who want to take part in elementary financial lessons! The evening will look like this:
4:30 - picking families up who need transportation
- helping in the kitchen prepare for dinner to be served at 5 p.m.

5:00 - families arrive and check in with Kelsey and check-in helpers
- dinner to be served as families arrive so they can eat before going into Parent Meeting or Student Financial Lessons

5:30 - Dinner wraps up and parents meet in meeting room for Parent Advisory Committee Meeting & Child Coaching
- Volunteers & mentors who want to participate in on going training will also go with parents and staff into Parent meeting
- Children are partnered up to go with UNI students for lessons
- Children aged 0-5 can stay with parents or go with volunteers to play (if we have enough volunteers to provide this service)

5:45 - 7 p.m. -Volunteer and program children learn and test on their financial lessons (if some potential mentors would like to shadow/observe you are welcome to)
- Parents and volunteers take part in child coaching/training and community conversations

Opportunities to help would be with:
* driving families
* check in desk area with Kelsey
* child supervision (ages 0-5)
* kitchen help
* Take part in the child coaching/training (2 trainings required each year for volunteers)
* Volunteer children can take part in financial lessons
