Keep Flower Mound Beautiful

Happy Summer!
We have decided to change up our 3rd Saturdays a bit by instead of doing trash clean-ups every month, we will add other types of volunteer opportunities that will also aid the Town, such as beautification projects or this month we are going to help the Parks department by spreading mulch at two of the Town Parks - Dixon and Thrush Park.
We are asking for volunteers to sign up through SignUpGenius so that we know how many volunteers to expect at each location and to make sure we have both parks covered. This is the link to sign up:

If possible, we are asking volunteers to bring shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows/wagons, if possible, but we will have some extras. We will also have trash bags, gloves, and grabbers to pick up trash in the areas if needed.

Our July event will be on the 4th Saturday. This event is on the 4th Saturday because we will be combining our efforts with Keep Grapevine Beautiful to clean up as most of the Grapevine lake area as possible. And the times will be 8 am to 10 am. Volunteers will be asking to sign up through the Keep Grapevine sign up link that we will provide early in July. There will be multiple locations available -
A. Rockledge Park
B. Murrell Park
C. Twin Coves
D. North Park Trailhead
E. Knob Hill: Not definite on this location yet
