TACA Sensitive Santa Holiday Event

The Autism Community in Action (TACA) will be holding their Sensitive Santa Holiday annual celebration. This holiday event brings joy to children and youth with autism and their families, creating a safe and welcoming space for them to enjoy the festive season.
SLOBs will be needed to help in the following roles: register and welcome guests, man TACA's Merchandise Booth, help Santa take photos with families, engage children in cookie decorating station, lead/assist craft stations, oversee bounce houses, help organize raffle, and support teen/adult area.
All SLOBs will be provided a volunteer food voucher to use at the event, either before or after their volunteer shift. There will be multiple food vendors to choose from. For the 11:30am-2:30pm shift, SLOBs will need to arrive at 11:00am if they would like to receive a food voucher from Nolan Thompson and eat lunch before they start their 3-hour shift.
**Please print and fill out the attached waiver form and bring it on the day of. Parent must also sign waiver**
Upon arrival, report to Nolan Thompson for your instructions.
Attire: Blue SLOBs shirt and closed toe shoes

Volunteers can come in through N Norwood St or N Candlewood St and can park around the church parking lot. The small parking
lot in front of the church will be closed off for event booths.
