OC United SOLFul Summer Day Camp

United Kids SOLFul is a free, summer day camp for educationally at-risk elementary students (entering 1st-8th grade) that provides academic and creative activities to help close the learning gap during the summer. The theme for this year is "Change Makers".
We need both ADULT and YOUTH volunteers who can assist in the program activities including art, sports, cooking and group others.
OC United requests weekly consistency with at least 1 day a week for all 4 weeks.
However, it would be great if you can volunteer every day.
Please follow the below steps to register:
Step 1. Sign up on Trackitforward
Step 2. Fill out an application at https://ocunited.org/volunteerapp/ and follow the application process from the agent at OC United.
Step 3. Youth volunteers only : Fill out a paper registration form for camp. (Copy Attached)
Covid-19 Vaccinations : Required for adult volunteers; NOT required for youth volunteers (under the age of 18)
Lunch and Snack : Provided to the youth volunteers (under the age of 18)

Dress Code: Blue SLOBs T-Shirt or OC United T-Shirt & Closed-Toed Shoes

*If you have volunteered at SOLFul last year, then you do not need to go through the volunteer application process. Please email Karen Eckberg at karene@ocunitedtogether.org that your volunteer process was completed last year. Youth volunteers still need to fill out the attached form.
