Volunteers are needed to help clean up the day after the Tara's Chance Gala event. Slobs members with need to put away table decorations and clean up check-in tables, flowers, etc.

Attire: SLOBs T-Shirt, dark pants or jeans, and closed toed shoes. (Sunscreen, hat or sunglasses optional.)

Hour log: If a volunteer arrives on time, please the log the greater of two hours or actual number of hours worked, rounded to the nearest half hour.

Late cancellation or no-show: If cancelling within 3 days of event date or you can't attend the event, please find a replacement volunteer to work your shift.

Note: Please download the Track It Forward mobile app (aka Volunteer Time Tracking) and log hours at the event site, which confirms the attendance of the volunteers. The mobile app can be used to signup for a current or future volunteer event, and to log hours at the event site on the day of the event; however, it does not work for cancelling a future event or log hours for an event after the event date.
