Fullerton Service League of Boys

 

Support the young women of Hope Ignites by providing a dinner for their Fullerton home. Hope Ignites (formerly Boys Hope Girls Hope) is a national nonprofit organization that supports motivated students from disadvantaged backgrounds by helping them become well-educated, career-ready leaders.

The girls in the home especially enjoy meals such as Fettuccine Alfredo, Roasted Chicken with Vegetables, Lasagna, and Chicken & Rice Bowls, but any thoughtful meal is greatly appreciated.

Sign-Up Information Please sign up at least 3 business days before the meal delivery date. Each SLOBs family may participate a maximum of four (4) times per SLOBs year (5/1/2026–4/30/2027). When signing up, include all SLOBs students and adult mentors participating from your family. If there are not enough volunteer spots available for your family members, sign up for the available spots and text (949) 413-5801 with the additional volunteer names to be added. Cancellation Policy Cancellations without penalty are accepted up to 2 business days before the event date. Example: Monday delivery → cancel by Thursday Wednesday delivery → cancel by Monday Late Cancellation / No-Show Policy If you cancel less than 2 business days before the event, or if the meal is not delivered by 5:30 PM on the delivery date, a $100 fee will be charged to cover the cost of replacement meals. Questions? Please call or text the SLOBs liaison at (949) 413-5801. Service Hours Each SLOBs student and adult mentor participating earns 2.5 service hours. Example: If 1 mentor and 2 students participate, each person earns 2.5 hours for a total of 7.5 family hours. Hours count toward the 2026–2027 SLOBs year. Dessert, fruit, or snacks are welcome but optional. Please use disposable containers. No utensils are needed; the home is stocked with serving utensils. Meals should serve approximately 8 people. There are currently no food allergies or dietary restrictions. Delivery Address

Delivery Instructions Deliver meals between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Ring the doorbell or knock when you arrive. If no one answers, leave the meal at the front door and call or text (714) 225-4589 to notify the Hope Ignites coordinator. Please log your service hours in the Track It Forward app using GPS verification. Search for “Boys Hope Girls Hope” in the app. If possible, take a photo of the meal or your student delivering it and upload it with your Track It Forward entry.
