Letters for SLOBs Meeting Requirement

This is a makeup opportunity for SLOBs members/mentors who have not met the minimum meeting requirement for the SLOBs year ending 4/30/26. If you have met the minimum meeting requirement before 4/30/26: You don't need to participate. If you do, NO service hour will be given.
How to make up for one missed meeting: You may bring a maximum of 6 handwritten letters to the May 4th club meeting. No service hour will be given. Your makeup meeting attendance will apply to the SLOBs meeting requirement for the year ending 4/30/26 only. You must sign up for this event in Track It Forward.
How to write letters: Letter writing guidelines are attached.
Hour log: After submitting 6 letters at the club meeting, please DO NOT log any time in Track It Forward for this event.
