Tara's Chance Gala Preparation and Help at Event

Volunteers are needed to prepare for Tara's Chance Gala event with table decorations and setup of check-in tables, flowers, food/plating, etc.
Volunteers are also needed during the event to help with parking and cleaning during the event. If you work the event, please attend the training on Sunday, 9/27.

Attire: SLOBs T-Shirt, dark pants or jeans, and closed toed shoes. (Sunscreen, hat or sunglasses optional.)

Hour log: If a volunteer arrives on time, please the log the greater of two hours or actual number of hours worked, rounded to the nearest half hour.
Late cancellation or no-show: If cancelling within 3 days of event date or you can't attend the event, please find a replacement volunteer to work your shift.

The mobile app can be used to signup for a current or future volunteer event, and to log hours at the event site on the day of the event; however, it does not work for cancelling a future event or log hours for an event after the event date.
