Pathways of Hope Donation Drive Support

The Fullerton Fire Department and Gravity Bikes will host a "Christmas in July" donation event behind the Fullerton courthouse. Volunteers will do the following:
1) Meet Pathways of Hope staff at the Fullerton trails behind the Fullerton courthouse
2) Place the donated food and hygiene items in boxes.
3) Load boxes of donations into Pathways of Hope's truck. (Volunteers will NOT transport the donations in their cars.)
4) Volunteers will drive their cars and follow POH's truck to the Pathways of Hope food pantry in Fullerton.
5) Unload boxes of donation at the food pantry.
Waiver/Checklist: If you have not filled out a Pathways of Hope waiver and checklist in 2025, please download the attached documents, complete and sign them, and bring them to the event.
Attire: SLOB T-shirt if you have one. Closed toe shoes. Bring water, hat, sunglasses if desired. Volunteers will work outside and inside of the food pantry, so please dress accordingly.
Minimum hours earned: 2 hours
Meeting location: Fullerton's Juanita Cooke hiking trail behind the Fullerton courthouse
(Courthouse address is 1275 N Berkeley Ave, Fullerton, CA 92832. There's a parking lot behind the courthouse, and it's next to the hiking trail.)

Parking at the food pantry: Available in front of the portable building or along the streets. Please check for parking restriction signs.

NOTE: City of Fullerton is enforcing parking restrictions. Watch for posted signs on the street about parking. Carpooling is encouraged. Drivers may need to park on Highland or other nearby streets a few blocks away. Please do not block any cars already parked in the parking lots.
To cancel a signup up to the day of the event: Cancellations within 3 days before the event is only permitted if there's an emergency or unexpected sickness, and every late cancellation leads to one warning. Three warnings will place a membership in poor standing and no award certificate will be issued. Please find a replacement volunteer if you are cancelling within 3 days before the event date. In all cases of cancellation, please do not use the mobile app; instead, visit www.TrackItForward.com, log in with your username and password, go the event that you signed up for, go to the shift you signed up for, tap on the "+" sign to find your name, then tap the "X" sign next to your name. Once your name is removed from the list, a cancellation email will be sent to the event organizer, and your cancellation is complete.
