Fullerton Service League of Boys

The Electric Company Theater at the Muck is looking for volunteers to work as ushers for their show, In the Heights. (For show info, see https://www.onthestage.tickets/show/the-electric-company-theatre/675f1e6... ) Ushers will perform light duties such as helping patrons to their seats, distribute program brochures, arrange chairs, tables, and signs. Ushers are welcome to watch the show.

Please follow these steps to sign up:
1) Sign up at the website: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/30E094AADA923A7F85-56638197-intheheights#/
In the “My Comment” section, type “usher”.
2) After you’ve secured a spot at the show’s SignupGenius web page, return to Track It Forward to sign up for the corresponding shift.
3) If you need to cancel or change your shift, please cancel or change at the show’s signup website first, then cancel or change in Track It Forward. (Do NOT just cancel or change in Track It Forward.)

Note: It is NOT sufficient to only sign up in Track It Forward. To secure your spot, you must sign up at the show’s SignupGenius signup webpage first.

Dress code: SLOBs T-shirt and closed toe shoes.

Check-in: Please check in with Callie Johnson for instructions and assignments. She will be by the box office table at the amphitheater. Volunteers may be done with the shift between 9:30p and 10p.

Hours log: SLOBs student volunteers must use the Track It Forward app to log hours at the event site, with the GPS verification. If a volunteer arrives on time, he/she may log the actual number of hours worked, rounded to the nearest half an hour.

To cancel a signup in Track It Forward up to the day of the event: Cancellations within 3 days before the event is only permitted if there's an emergency or unexpected sickness. Please notify the SLOBs coordinator if you are cancelling within 3 days before the event or on the day of the event. In all cases of cancellation, please do not use the mobile app; instead, visit www.TrackItForward.com, log in with your username and password, go the event that you signed up for, go to the shift you signed up for, tap on the "+" sign to find your name, then tap the "X" sign next to your name. Once your name is removed from the list, a cancellation email will be sent to the event organizer, and your cancellation is complete.
