10 Year Anniversary Party with Breast Cancer Can Stick It! Band opening for Metal Shop

2 Sets of Events: Day time Set up/Decorating & Night of Event Volunteers

Day Time: 2pm-6pm
Event Coordinator- Morgan Harper
Set up Tables (Fundraising, Volunteer, Sponsorship/Partners, Merch booth)
Decorations (Photo booth, blow up balloons, misc decorations)
Drum Tech- 1 volunteer

Night of: 6pm-12am
Event Coordinator-Morgan Harper
Volunteer Booth- Bethany & 1 Volunteer
Fundraiser Booth- 2 Fundraising Subcommittee members if possible, or 1 Fundraising Subcommittee member plus 1 volunteer
Sponsorship/Partners Booth-1 member of each Subcommittee if possible
Merch Booth- 3 Cashiers & 3 Merch grabbers
Photobooth-Silver Song Productions & 1 Volunteer
Donation Drum- 2 or 3 Volunteers
Drummathon Flyers- 3 volunteers to pass out flyers from 9-12, 2 at outside gate & 1 at main door
Drum Tech- 2 volunteers for load out
Tear down decorations-5 to 10 volunteers
